These terms and conditions may be adjusted and amended at times and apply to the services provided online, by email, phone or any mobile devices. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions described below. Otherwise, you may not use this website.

These webpages, the content and infrastructure thereof, as well as the online booking/reservation service provided on these pages and through this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) are owned, managed, operated and provided by  Gleden Group Ltd. (hereinafter the Company) for your personal non-commercial use only, on the terms and conditions stipulated below.

Inaccuracies, errors or misprints may occur in the information, software, products and services published on this website. In particular, does not guarantee the accuracy of the photos provided by carrier entities, descriptions of trains and other products, lists of cervices and facilities published on this website and expressly disclaims its liability for any errors or faults in the above mentioned materials, in view that a considerable amount of this information is provided by the relevant suppliers. Train ratings posted on the website are only meant for general information, and the Company does not guarantee these ratings the accurate and precise.

Changes are at times introduced to the information content of the website. The Company may at any time make improvements and/or changes to the website. The Company reserves its right, at any time or on a periodic basis, to modify, suspend or discontinue the provision of the Service (or any component thereof) with or without notice. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site or any part thereof.

Although the Company engages the best of our abilities and care in performing high quality of the rendered services, the Company is not able to either verify if, or guarantees that, all information posted or published on this website is accurate and complete, nor can the Company be responsible for any errors (including apparent and typographical ones), any interruptions (whether due to any temporary and/or partial breakdowns, repairs, upgrading or maintenance of this website or due to other reasons/causes), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-provision of information.

Certain website sections or areas (applications) may happen to be password protected and thus can be viewed only after your registration or logging in. After booking or registration, your personal profile page will be generated and you should set the password on your own. You undertake to keep your password confidential and are solely fully responsible for all liabilities and damages caused by the violation of privacy or secrecy, as well as by any actions that may take place as the consequence of the use of your disclosed password. You undertake to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your password or other security violation. You agree that the Company can not and will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from your non-compliance with these rules. 1. Scope of Service

Through this website the Company provides an online platform whereby visitors of the website can make booking/reservation of train tickets and make use of other services from the Offered Services list (the list may be changed). By booking through, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the carrier company that will be directly engaged for the transportation. From the point at which you make your booking, we act solely as an intermediary agent between you and the carrier company

The Company provides services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, create deep links, use, copy, spider/scrape, display, download or reproduce any part of the content or information, software, products or services available on our website, for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

2. Booking and reservation procedures

2.1 Train ticket booking and reservation procedures

The online booking and reservation of train tickets can be done 1 to 365 days before the day of the trip.

If tickets are booked on the website more than 89 days before the departure of the train, such tickets shall be issued and sent to the Client 89 days before the departure.

If tickets are booked less than 89 days before the departure of the train, within no more than 72 hours from the moment of the transfer of the paid amount to the Company’s settlement account, shall provide the electronic train ticket(s) for the Client, such tickets to be issued and sent to the Client within 72 hours from the reservation date or sooner, if the departure is scheduled less than 72 hours from the reservation.

The details of passengers (name and surname, date of birth, passport number, citizenship) must be indicated within 24 hours in response to the letter "Passenger's details are required", which is sent automatically within an hour after the payment is made to the e-mail address specified at the time of booking on the web-site.

If a reservation order cannot be processed in accordance with the established procedure, the Company will notify the client in advance.

Tickets will be issued in the electronic form (in case the electronic registration is available for the relevant train) and delivered as a PDF file to the e-mail address provided by the Client during the booking.

Tickets will be issued in strict accordance with the information provided by the Client during the booking. This information comprises the name of the departure station (city), the name of the arrival station (city), the date of the departure of the train, the train number, the service class, the traveller's (travellers’) surname(s), name(s), gender(s), nationality/nationalities, date(s) of birth, the data of the passport(s).

In the event the Company faces problems in issuing the tickets according to the information provided by the Client, or in the case the Company lacks part of the required information, the Company will e-mail an early notice of this to the Client.

3. Cancellation of reservations

3.1 Cancellation procedures for train tickets

By booking for a reservation, you accept and agree to the cancellation policy established by the Company.

In cases whenever reservations are cancelled and the ticket(s) has/have been sent to the Client, the cancellation penalty shall be 30 per cent of the cost of the ticket(s);

in cases when reservations are cancelled and the ticket(s) has/have not yet been sent to the Client, the cancellation penalty shall make 10 per cent of the cost of the ticket(s).

Requests for cancellation of reservations are accepted at least 3 working days before the date of departure. In case a reservation cancellation request is initiated later than the deadline specified here above, the Company has the right to deny the cancellation service for the the said reservation.

If you wish to check or cancel a reservation, please make reference to the electronic note that confirmed the reservation made and/or sign in your personal electronic cabinet on the website by using your login name and password.

4. Payment procedures

4.1. Once the reservation for tickets/services is done, 100 per cent of the total cost of the relevant order is charged as a single lumpsum payment.

4.2. Transactions in relation with refunds for cancelled train tickets are performed by the Company within 2 business days. Cash flows to the Client’s bank card account are to be accomplished within a period of 3 to 30 days, depending on the bank that processes the payments and the bank that issued the card.

4.3 Payment by credit card VISA, MasterCard, BelCard through ASSIST system

Payment is made through the Internet in real time immediately after ordering and receiving of invoice. Payment by residents of the Republic of Belarus only in Belarusian rubles, non-residents - Belarusian rubles, US dollars, Euros and Russian rubles.


To make financial transaction are suitable cards of international systems, American Express, VISA (all kinds), MasterCard (including Maestro), issued by any bank all over the world, including those which were issued by "Belarusbank" and BelCard card system.

5. Further correspondence and communication

By completing a booking order, you agree to receive (1) an e-mail message that the Company will send you for setting of your password for your personal electronic cabinet;  (2) an e-mail note that the Company will send you confirming that the relevant order will have been placed in the system; (3) an email note that the Company will send you along with the ticket(s) or a letter of confirmation of the reserved transfer and/or other services; (4) an email request for your feedback about the trip, by completing a traveller’s review form ( to be sent by the Company after the trip).

6. Liability limitations

Being bound by the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and being governed by the applicable law, the Company will only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred as a result of improper performance of obligations of the Company in respect to the services on Client’s order.

7. Intellectual property rights

Unless stated otherwise, any of the software required as necessary for provision of our services and/or used for our website, as well as the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights and related rights) in regard to the contents of the website, information of and materials posted on this website are owned by the Company, its relevant suppliers and providers.

8. Miscellaneous

The original wordings of these terms and conditions set in Russian may be translated into other languages. Such translated version is a convenience, non-binding, translation for reference purposes only, therefore you cannot derive any rights from the translated version. In the event of a dispute in concern with the contents or interpretation of these terms and conditions or in cases of inconsistency or discrepancies between the original Russian version and any other language version of these terms and conditions, the original Russian language shall prevail and apply as the indisputable conclusive version, to the extent permitted by law.
